Hi there,
I do not see the information “Stage id” in Mailchimp. This is crucial for me since I want to send different emails – depending the stage the leads are in.
How do I pull that off?
Furthermore: Since it is all persons … lets assume I have two people as contacts for one company … how can I ensure to send the email only to one of the two persons?

Hello CJ,
The “Stage id” is something that we could consider to be a new feature. What stage should Pipechimp add to Mailchimp if there are multiple deals to one contact person?
To the second question: I propose that you will add a new person custom field to Pipedrive (for example “Priority contact, YES/NO”) and use that field to segment your emails.

Been clicking through to this question since this feature is so key to me in order to decide for pipechimp. BUT it would have to synchronize as soon as you change the stage id. So let’s say as long as lead is in stage “quote sent” he gets email a and as soon as the lead is switched to stage “order completed” he gets email b. Ronny
